Roast Duck @ RM60 each
Yee Sang @ RM50 per set
Fried Chicken @ RM40 each (whole)

Check with your supporters:
(1) Collection on 29 Jan (Wed, 2.30pm-4.30pm) or 30 Jan (eve of CNY 10am-12pm)

(2) Do they want their Duck & Chicken chopped or un-chopped?

(3) Also fill in their mobile no., in case they do not show up on the day & time specified.

Bring along : (i) Christian Education faith journal (note book), (ii) black Kiwi leather polish (wax in can), (iii) old newspaper + old cloth for polishing leather uniform parts & PT Kit for games.

BRING ALONG METAL POLISHING KIT (SATURDAY, 18 JAN 2014)

As announced last Saturday, please bring along these items:
(1) Brasso
(2) Old cloth only for cleaning off Brasso
(3) Old toothbrush
(4) A bit of toothpaste (in an old tube with very little toothpaste leftover)
(5) Old newspaper to cover the table
(6) Waterproof plastic bags to contain the above items, prevent spillage of Brasso, etc.

NCOs, Senior Privates, Privates & New Recruits please take note and bring the above items along for this Saturday. We learn together, share the skills together & improve our standards together!

Venue : Basel Church, Likas (2nd KK)
Attire : PT Kit
Instruments : Side drum, bell lyre, fife flute, bugle

Call to action:
1) Inform your parents & arrange time to come.
2) Please give me your names immediately & which instrument you are interested to learn.

Either:
(a) Find out who is that saint or blessed in the prayer card which I have given to you.
*Real name, any other name / nickname
*Where did this saint or blessed live? What is her / his story?
*What is so special about this person?

OR:
(b) Who is your patron saint? Who is the saint you are named after?
Or your Confirmation name is based on which holy person's name?
What is the story about that saint or that holy person?

(Part 2) Answer these questions in writing or typed out:
(i) What is so special about that saint in Part 1?
What is her / his story? <-- Describe in 1 short paragraph (3 to 4 sentences) in your own words, just like how you will re-tell the story to your best friend.

(ii) Does the story / life of that saint inspire you?
If yes, why?
If no, also explain why not. Explain in 2 to 3 sentences.
If you want to explain more, no problem--but a long essay does not mean you can explain well.
If very short answer, you should check whether your explanation answers to the question 'why'.

The marks from this will contribute to your Christian Education Award assessment.

SELLING OF CHINESE NEW YEAR GOODIES

In collaboration with Kampung Nelayan Restaurant, 4th KK will be selling Roast Chicken, Roast Duck & Ye Sang to raise funds. The details as follows:

Dates : 11th Jan (Sat) @ CMI before & after 6pm Sunset Mass
12th Jan (Sun) @ CMI before & after 9am Mass
18th Jan (Sat) @ CMI before & after 6pm Sunset Mass
19th Jan (Sun) @ CMI before & after 9am Mass
**We may also do in St Simon's Church, awaiting Fr Cosmas' approval.

Items : Roast Chicken at RM40 each
Ye Sang set at RM50 per set
Roast Duck at RM60 each

Duty : To promote, take orders & collect payment
Attire : BB T-shirt on Sunday

Collection of orders : 29 & 30 Jan 2014 (Wed & Thu) at Kampung Nelayan, Bukit Padang.

1) All Seniors are requested to help on both Saturdays at CMI from 5.30pm.

Pls work out amongst yourselves who will bring basketball for Captain Ball game, and remind all guitarists to bring along guitar for Singspiration.

For the Seniors, attire will be Day Dress.

We'll be having a potluck fellowship together as a company, so please bring your food or drinks to be shared during the potluck.
